Sir Arthur Conan Doyal's well loved play got a comedy makeover as the Romley Little Theatre company presented Sherlock Holmes in Hound of the Baskevilles.
The play was performed my three actors with only the one playing Dr. Watson retaining his character throughout. This is possibly because Watson is documenter of the adventures he and Holmes partake in.
The actor playing Holmes also played the villain of the piece and the villain's sister (the only female character of the piece).
For a cast of three the play was well acted and the music and sound effects fitter the scenes.
The fast-paced nature of the play worked well, with the first hour of act one beings repeated in the first six minutes of act 2!
